Flow control valve:

• Enables regulation of airflow at the outlet of the ventilator
• Available for all ventilator sizes
• Constructed in mild steel, zinc-plated

Pressure reducer:

• Adapts the pressure of the air supply to the correct working pressure of the filter
• Enhances cleaning efficiency and extends the life of the filtering elements while reducing air consumption
• Equipped with a pressure gauge for real-time monitoring of the actual pressure in the air tank

Visual pressure differential:

• Indicates the pressure difference between dirty gas and the clean gas side
• Features a graduated visual scale for accurate reading
• Allows quick evaluation of the cleaning condition of the filtering elements without the need for maintenance

Sequencer:

• The KQKG sequencer regulates the cleaning of the MIX filters by controlling the pneumatic valves installed inside the body
• Suitable for ATEX applications, complete with CE marking (Ex) II - / 3D Ex h IIIB - / Dc X
• Optionally available with integrated pressure differential cleaning

Filter base:

• Constructed in mild steel painted RAL9006 or stainless steel AISI304
• Starting from diameter Ø540, all base rings are equipped with a safety grid to protect the filtering elements from falling down
