MIXSYS Showcases at World of Concrete 2026
MIXSYS recently returned from World of Concrete 2026, held January 20–22 at the Las Vegas Convention Center—and the show was a major success. As the commercial construction industry’s largest and most influential global event, World of Concrete brought together thousands of professionals focused on smarter, faster, and more efficient material handling solutions. It was the perfect stage to showcase what MIXSYS does best: engineering innovation that solves real-world challenges.
Spotlight on the MIXRAIL™ Transload System
At the center of attention in our booth was the MIXRAIL™ Transload, our next-generation, high-capacity rail car unloading system. Designed to meet the growing demand for speed, flexibility, and cost efficiency, the MIXRAIL Transload drew strong interest from contractors, DOT representatives, and bulk material handlers across multiple industries.
What sets the MIXRAIL Transload apart is its patented between-the-rails sled design, which slides directly under the rail car hopper discharge gate. A heavy-duty, self-leveling air-bag lift system raises the unit into position, creating a tight, clean seal—without the need for a traditional under-track pit. This dramatically reduces installation costs, improves maintenance access, and allows for semi-mobile relocation as project needs change.
With unloading capacities of up to 150 tons per hour, no FRA permitting required, and adaptability for direct tanker filling, pneumatic conveying, or storage silo offloading, the MIXRAIL Transload proved to be a standout solution for materials ranging from cement and fly ash to food-grade applications like flour.
Complete Systems That Drive Efficiency
In addition to the MIXRAIL Transload, MIXSYS also highlighted components of our Dry Mix Bagging Plant solutions, giving attendees a look at how fully integrated systems come together. Featured equipment included bulk bag unloaders, modular ingredient totes, vacuum pigment systems, continuous bucket conveyors, MIXPLOW mixers, surge hoppers, VFFS bagging systems, robotic palletizers, stretch hooders, oil metering systems, bulk storage silos, and dust collection.
Together, these systems demonstrated MIXSYS’ ability to design and deliver end-to-end material handling and processing solutions tailored to each customer’s application.

World of Concrete 2026 exceeded expectations, with steady traffic, engaged conversations, and strong interest in MIXSYS technology. Attendees were especially drawn to solutions that reduce infrastructure costs, improve flexibility, and accelerate project timelines—making the response to the MIXRAIL Transload especially rewarding.
